Classic or skaiting

 Rollerskiing is a wonderful form of exercise, many think the best one. Rollerski training works the entire body.  Benefits include strength, balance and fitness training. 

Here is some feedback from one of our customer last year: 

Vi hadde en veldig fin opplæring på rulleski hvor vi gikk gjennom bremseteknikk, samt. padling, staking, enkelt- og dobbeltdans. Instruktøren Kjell var flink på å gi oss gode øvelser gi riktige tilbakemeldinger på hvordan vi skulle forbedre oss. Etter endt kurs på 2 timer hadde vi mye større kontroll enn det vi hadde fra før. Takk for en fin tur!

Rollerski- rules


  1. Train on roads without much traffic.
  2. Always use reflective clothing. 
  3. Become familiar with your skis, and learn how to brake. 
  4. Keep on the right side of the road.
  5. The main road can be used if there are no cars or other traffic.
  6. Train in familiar areas, and be prepared to use the gutters/ditches when necessary
  7. If you are with a group, keep an adequate distance between each other.
  8. Use a helmet, gloves and glasses.
